Building partnerships

We have built lasting reciprocal partnerships with various organisations in our local community. We love sharing our resources and expertise because it brings meaning to what we do. At the same time, working with different community organisations gives us an opportunity to learn and build our own skills. Our Sustainability Strategy sets out our ambitions for continuing to build community: read it here

Highshore school

We are proud of our long-standing relationship with Highshore School, a SEN school in Camberwell. Our joint mission is to equip students for the world of work with meaningful work placements and employment opportunities.

Activities include internships, hands-on cooking demos and careers workshops. Since our partnership began, we’ve taken on 26 students for work experience and hired 3 into paid employment.

Going further

The Fooditude Team is always looking for ways to lend a helping hand, whether it's advising smaller businesses on sustainability through Heart of the City or creating a special Christmas lunch for older people in sheltered housing with United St Saviour's Charity.

Plus, we make sure all our staff get a day off each year to volunteer for a cause they care about. Little by little, The Fooditude Team is making a difference.
