Our clients can be assured that we source the best ingredients from sustainable sources and as local as possible to reduce our food miles.
We promote the use of products that have been ethically traded including Fairtrade and Rain Forest Alliance.
We use produce from suppliers accredited with Food Standards Assured Red Tractor, Leaf Mark and Freedom Foods.

Just Hospitality is determined to continuously improve its environmental performance. We have an environmental policy that sets out our aims and details the objectives we have set ourselves.

We generate a culture of best practice and environmental awareness through induction and training for all our people.
Our supplier management policy highlights our aim to ensure the goods we buy do not have an adverse effect on the environment and comply with EU and international trading regulations.

We work closely with our suppliers many of whom are local to ensure complete traceability of produce. This knowledge we pass on to our customers.

Just Hospitality adhere to basic but specific principles when sourcing new suppliers and working with existing suppliers.

Just Environment
Just Hospitality understands and takes its responsibility for the environment very seriously. We are constantly looking at achievable and effective ways to reduce the negative impact we have on our environment. We work in tandem with suppliers, staff and corporate clients to implement new 'Green Initiatives'.
