JUST FOOD - What We Do: Event Catering

Just Hospitality caters for events in two ways.

 

On-site Office

Firstly we offer our portfolio of regular corporate clients a tailored service specific to their needs. Quite often, some of our clients do not have finishing kitchens - but they wish to impress a client or to have a lunch in their own boardrooms when privacy is paramount. Once our team have conducted an audit and a HACCP analysis survey is undertaken, we put together a menu selector that is both practical and is within the limits of what is possible for that client, that venue. Bespoke, tailored and original.

This could range from a simple client breakfast to be set ready in one of your meeting rooms, serviced buffet lunch or hand-made carefully selected breads cut on to fine china platters to give the impression that your clients count and are important, rather than plastic boxes of commercial sloppy sandwiches.

Our team can overtake & manage your meeting rooms' services on busy days when your normal
team are on holiday, sick or just require support over busier periods.

We build up a file on your requests, work closely on our relationship and keep to the same staff
as much as possible in order that you feel comfortable in that we are looking after services as
you would like to see them done.

Ad-Hoc Event Hall

Secondly we offer ad-hoc events at venues around London and its Counties
for both corporate and personal occasions.

This could be a product launch or financial results day at a Livery Hall in
London for 200 people, requiring beverages, working breakfast and buffet
lunch. You may also require us to service a venue over several days.

We offer free consultations for the following;

 

A designated Event Chef & Event Manager will oversee the start, middle
and end of the process. Giving you assurance and peace of mind, that we
are there with you to the end.
