‘I started life as a chef – and a good chef never loses that need to look at and taste everything on a plate that is served in his name. I also enjoy being front of house -
I use the best staff where and when I can, my staff are supported as if it were their own business’. We keep it simple, there is no need to make the job complicated. That way we are consistent in food and deliver great service all the time!
