Just Hospitality's Staff are the 'Key' to its Future Success

Head Chefs, General Catering Managers & Chef Managers have the freedom to run their work as if it were their own business, they have full autonomy. We adopt an approach for our senior staff to run their unit or work as they see fit. They are on the ground daily and can react quicker through being informed by business levels, client requests and evolve with expectations.

We also do not hinder our senior teams with pointless book work tasks, but prefer them to be at the forefront of what is important to you...being there, being seen and giving excellent service at all times.

Our staff are allocated half days away from the business each month to understand their account and make better judgments in free time away from the pressure of the daily work. They will then have more time to comply with HSE & EHO regulations and adhere comprehensively to our policies that are accredited by 'SAFEcontractor'

We also look for staff that have a little something extra, a natural smile or to stand out and be different.

Just Hospitality chefs have joined the company from all over the catering sector from Michelin Star Restaurants to Contract Catering to Delicatessens and 5 Star Hotels. All have one thing in common, the passion & desire to offer great tasting food. With the knowledge, experience and exceptional craft skills the chef team at Just Hospitality turn the quality ingredients we procure into exciting, tasty and memorable food.

Just Hospitality chefs regularly meet up together at food workshops and meetings in order to share ideas, news and feedback.

The constant development of our chefs is evident in our development programme which includes market trips, meals out, culinary competitions and culinary demonstrations etc.
